Welcome to DuckDice. This platform is operated by DuckDice Ltd (referred to throughout these terms as "DuckDice", "we", "us", or "the Company"). DuckDice provides an online gaming and sports betting service available at duckdice.im and accessible to eligible players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with DuckDice in full — from account creation through to gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and eventual account closure. They should be read alongside the DuckDice Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and DuckDice.
By registering an account on DuckDice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms without reservation. DuckDice reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform or by email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each player may hold only one DuckDice account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number, and email address. DuckDice is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of incorrect or outdated information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current through your account settings.
Your DuckDice account password and login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact DuckDice support at support@duckdice.im immediately. DuckDice staff will never ask you for your password.
DuckDice is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or valid driving licence. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be requested. Failure to provide required documents within 30 days of a request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
DuckDice accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. Check the deposit page in your account for current options.
The minimum deposit amount on DuckDice is Rs 500. DuckDice does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond DuckDice's control.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any third-party claim. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, full cooperation with law enforcement, and forfeiture of all funds held on the account.
All DuckDice accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). DuckDice does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — if your payment method is linked to a foreign currency account, your bank or payment provider will apply their own conversion rates before funds are credited to DuckDice.
Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts or wallets that have been verified in your name. You cannot withdraw to a third party's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
DuckDice aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes to 4 hours after approval. Bank transfers via IBFT may take 2 to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. DuckDice is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
DuckDice reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending KYC verification. If your account has not yet been verified, providing the required documents promptly will expedite your withdrawal. DuckDice may also request enhanced due diligence documentation for large withdrawals or those that trigger AML (anti-money laundering) monitoring thresholds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by DuckDice are subject to specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you accept those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific terms of the promotion prevail.
Most bonuses on DuckDice carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of real-money bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is possible. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly before you opt into a promotion. Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering — this is also specified in each offer's terms.
DuckDice monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing only minimum-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, exploiting errors or loopholes in promotion structures, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, DuckDice reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account without further notice.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or reissued. The validity period for each bonus is displayed in your account's bonus section.
New DuckDice players are eligible for the Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. Players who register using the Refer a Friend programme are eligible for the Welcome Bonus unless explicitly stated otherwise in the referral offer's terms.
All bets and wagers placed on DuckDice are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after submission unless the specific game or bet type expressly permits cancellation (such as cash-out options on sports bets where this feature is enabled). It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is placed correctly before confirming.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and account type. For sports betting, the minimum bet is Rs 50 per selection. For casino games, minimum stakes are displayed on each game's interface. Maximum stakes can be adjusted for VIP players — contact your account manager or support for details.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in displayed odds or game results, DuckDice reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. DuckDice is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of an error. All game outcomes and betting results are subject to DuckDice's final determination where a genuine dispute arises.
Cricket, football, and other sports markets are subject to specific sporting event rules. In cases of postponement, abandonment, or disqualification, markets are settled in accordance with DuckDice's published sports rules available via the support team. DuckDice uses reputable data providers to determine match outcomes and accepts no liability for disputes arising from official sporting authorities revising results after settlement.
All DuckDice casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. DuckDice does not manipulate game outcomes and operates solely on certified software from regulated gaming suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any DuckDice content without express written permission from DuckDice Ltd. Unauthorised use of DuckDice's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
DuckDice provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DuckDice excludes all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In jurisdictions where a limitation of liability cannot be fully excluded by law, DuckDice's total liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You may close your DuckDice account at any time by contacting support at support@duckdice.im or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. If you are closing for responsible gaming reasons, inform support so appropriate flags are applied to prevent re-registration.
DuckDice may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, if we determine continued operation of your account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of closure due to a breach, DuckDice reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to any applicable deductions for costs incurred by DuckDice in investigating misconduct.
DuckDice reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform, by email, or both. The amended terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of DuckDice following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DuckDice Ltd is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the DuckDice platform shall first be submitted to DuckDice's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@duckdice.im. DuckDice will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of DuckDice's internal process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified in DuckDice's gaming licence conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
